My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse from John and his team, and it was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, they were transparent, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for our family. We originally went to look at one Traverse, but John helped us understand why a different one (fully loaded with lower mileage) was a much better choice for us. He clearly prioritizes what’s best for the customer over just making a sale. We worked with Larry, a sales associate, Marley in the office, and John himself. Larry was personable and made us feel like friends rather than customers - definitely not your typical car salesman. Marley was a huge help in finding the best aftermarket warranty and gap coverage for our needs. John went above and beyond to educate us on what was realistic and negotiated financing terms far better than anything we found elsewhere. His honesty and dedication to his customers are unmatched. The Traverse has been great so far, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you to John, Larry, and Marley for making this such a seamless and enjoyable process. Merry Christmas to the whole team!

This was one of the best experiences I had getting a car. John and Larry were so helpful in the entire experience. It was quick and easy and the car was at a great price. went in as a solo female, but a solo female who knew what she wanted. Marly, John, and Larry were all so nice to work with! i didn’t feel pressured or anything. they were very straight forward and so was i! i left with a 2015 chevy tahoe for a pretty sweet deal. super glad i made the trip up from west chester. well worth it in my opinion.

Absolutely great experience, the guy john is a great guy, and all his staff were so friendly and helpful. My credit score wasn't the greatest, but they got me a great deal. The next time I need a used car, they will definitely be my first port of call.
